1. Do I need an Appointment before I came in?

Ans: We preferred you to book an appointment but we also take walk-ins as well. First we have to take the appointment gust and then non-appointment gust.

2. What payment method option are available?

Ans: We accept credit, debit card and cash in Canadian Dollar

3. What kind of Identification do I need to bring with me to done my fingerprints?

Ans: Applicant must need to show two valid government ID and one must be with Photo ID (Photocopy can be accepted if that’s notarized). The types of acceptable Identification are as follows:

ü  Passport

ü  Driver’s License

ü  Birth Certificate

ü  Canadian Citizenship Card

ü  Permanent Resident Card

ü  Certificate of Indian Status

ü  Record of Landing for Citizenship Applicant

ü  Immigration documents i.e. work or study permits

ü  Nexus card

ü  Military Family ID Card (MFID)

ü  Certificate of Live Birth

Recommendation:

ü  All Identification must be valid and expired ID will not Accepted.

ü  Applicants should have a letter or file number from the requesting source.

ü  The fingerprint request for Canadian Citizenship you must include a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). Please make sure this letter is available during the fingerprinting application.

      4.  How long time it will take to done my Fingerprint at your Place?

      Ans: With our experience stuff and latest technology it will take approximately  10 – 15 minutes
